The Marketing Project Manager will collaborate with the Director of Marketing to manage and oversee marketing projects and initiatives. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who manages multiple projects, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and ensures timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Plan, execute, and monitor marketing projects and campaigns. Set project goals, timelines, and budgets while ensuring successful completion.
• Team Coordination : Delegate tasks, coordinate team efforts, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Decision-Making : Make informed choices about strategies, resource allocation, and budget adjustments.
• Stakeholder Communication : Liaison between internal teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering necessary information.
• Strategic Planning : Contribute to the strategic development of marketing initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Task Monitoring : Use project management tools like Monday.com to oversee incoming marketing requests, ensure their completeness, and manage task assignments.
• Reporting : Provide regular updates and reports to the Marketing Director and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and progress tracking.

Qualifications :

• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and project management software.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Interpersonal Skills : Assertive, personable, and adaptable with a strong ability to manage schedules and deadlines.

Physical Requirements :
