We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager as the lead point-of-contact on an exciting Fortune 500 retail account. The ideal candidate will have marketing operations project management experience and be detail-oriented with a big-picture mindset. You’ll push for continual process improvement and workflow efficiency.

This role is on-site in the office in Bentonville, AR.

Responsibilities

• The Project Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders to facilitate successful campaign or project outcomes
• The Project Manager will analyze project needs and identify the necessary resources to help achieve project objectives
• They will develop detailed project plans that outline key activities, timelines, ensuring adherence to a systematic development process
• The Project Manager will track and document the completion of work plan activities, initiating efforts to advance the project as necessary
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, they will monitor, measure, and report on progress to ensure timely and compliant delivery
• The Project Manager will also be responsible for modifying tasks, sequencing, and dependencies to maintain project momentum
• They will identify and address obstacles, ensuring appropriate resolutions are implemented
• Effective communication is crucial in this role, as the Project Manager will need to communicate project progress and issues, particularly regarding changes to project scheduling, scope, and delivery
• They will work closely with various teams throughout the duration of the campaign/project
• Completes other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience inmarketing operations project management, advertising, or digital marketing.
• Strong background in managingcross-functional teams and complex marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional ability to translate business objectives intocreative and strategic marketing solutions.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Direct work experience in an agency setting or marketing department at a large company, working with high-profile clients.
• Professional experience in eCommerce marketing, paid media, influencer marketing, and/or digital advertising.
• Understanding of social media management tools and data analytics platforms.
