ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be proactive, hands-on, highly organized, and detail-oriented. You will manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on track, within scope, and on budget. Collaboration with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders is essential to deliver excellent results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project + Team Management

• Own planning, execution, and delivery of the 360 Digital Marketing vertical.
• Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables with clients and internal teams; manage client agendas, status sheets, and call recaps.
• Create detailed project plans monitoring budgets, resource allocation, and risks to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Review project and team performance regularly, identify improvements, and share best practices.
• Lead capacity planning for the digital marketing team to ensure optimal resource distribution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
• Assist with digital marketing requests such as email creation or website edits as needed.

Client & Stakeholder Relationships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Act as liaison between the client and the Digital Account Manager, explaining digital marketing tactics and implications.
• Provide digital marketing suggestions and recommendations.
• Prepare scope of work and insertion orders for clients.
• Anticipate client needs, participate in calls, prioritize requests, mitigate risks, and ensure top-tier service.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

• 5+ years of project management experience in a client-facing role (agency experience a plus).
• 3+ years in a people management role.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with familiarity in tools, tactics, and platforms.
• Ability to break down complex projects into manageable tasks.
• Strong process orientation with adaptability and improvement suggestions.
• Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive.
• Excellent communication skills (written, oral, presentation).
• Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, Trello).
• Interest in emerging trends like AI and TikTok.
• Analytical skills to interpret Google Analytics and create charts in Excel.
• Comfort with startup dynamics such as shifting priorities and new projects.
• Passion for travel, hotels, restaurants, and reality TV.

Details

• Base salary: $70-100K depending on experience.
• Remote, full-time position; San Francisco location preferred but not required.
• Travel up to 15% may be necessary.
