Drive enterprise-level events and B2B marketing initiatives for a Fortune 50 client across key industry verticals.
Responsibilities:
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns and industry-specific marketing plans with full project management.
- Coordinate event logistics including sponsorship deliverables, nurture campaigns, and onsite experiences.
- Manage digital content for websites, email campaigns, and thought leadership materials.
- Maintain Salesforce data and track KPIs for events, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop relationships with senior executives, client leaders, and alliance partners.
- Support budget management, reporting, and various tactical tasks including presentation development.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of marketing experience at the Project Manager or Program Manager level.
- Experience working in a large corporate marketing environment is required; Fortune 1000, tech, software, and/or alliances are strongly preferred.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience managing multiple projects, developing schedules, effectively communicating status updates, and keeping projects and documents organized.
- Experience with in-person/virtual events and managing related logistics.
- Deep expertise in event management and digital campaign delivery.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and executives.
- Prior marketing experience in the following verticals is preferred: Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer Markets, TMT (Technology, Media & Telecomm), and Industrial Products.
- While this team works primarily remotely from home offices, we can only consider candidates already based in Texas with a preference for the Austin area.
Technical Skills:
- Google Suite.
- Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein Analytics).
- Familiarity with Martech platforms and tools (email automation, web CMS, etc.).
