tribe47 connects business goals with marketing strategy and execution. We’re seeking a Marketing Project Owner who can lead clients, make clear recommendations, and turn a multidisciplinary team’s expertise into measurable progress.

This role isn’t about merely keeping tasks on track. You’ll own direction and delivery with strategists and specialists supporting you as you drive a cohesive plan across performance marketing, creative, content, automation, and optimization.

Competenze

• Experience leading marketing projects and client relationships in an agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and at least one area: performance marketing, marketing automation, CRO, or content.
• Strategic thinking with ability to diagnose problems and recommend directions.
• Excellent polish and English, written and spoken, with availability for client collaboration during business hours.
• Evidence of ownership of projects with decisions and outcomes.

Mansioni

• Understand the client’s business model, goals, and constraints; translate into marketing priorities, KPIs, and roadmap.
• Lead meetings and workshops; explain recommendations and manage expectations for the client.
• Connect performance marketing, creative, content, automation, and optimization into one plan.
• Define scope, responsibilities, timelines, and quality expectations; give briefs and remove blockers.
• Manage delivery budget, hours, and profitability; address scope creep and negotiate changes.
• Interpret performance with the team; identify what isn’t working and suggest changes, tests, or stops.
• Spot risks to the relationship and identify renewal or expansion opportunities.
