Job summary

UTTR is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead internal marketing initiatives from planning through delivery. You will keep projects moving, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and priorities, and ensure all outputs meet brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing, creative, or digital agency environment; you are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to keep stakeholders aligned.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in marketing or digital agencies.
• Experience managing multiple marketing projects concurrently.
• Strong understanding of marketing workflows and practices.
• ClickUp experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage internal marketing projects from briefing to delivery.
• Build and maintain project timelines, milestones, task dependencies, and priorities.
• Translate marketing objectives into clear project plans, briefs, deliverables, and actionable tasks.
• Assign work to team members and provide clear briefs and expectations.
• Coordinate with marketing, creative, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays; develop solutions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor progress, timelines, workloads, and dependencies; escalate issues when needed.
• Review deliverables for quality, standards, and brand guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback on copy and creative work.
• Coordinate stakeholder reviews and secure final approvals before publishing.
• Schedule and publish content across social platforms with brand consistency.
• Maintain project documentation and workflows in ClickUp.
• Communicate status, priorities, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Balance multiple projects with attention to detail and quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve PM processes and team efficiency.
