IDT Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the marketing department's technical and creative workflows. You will coordinate between SEO, technical writers, designers, developers, and CRM teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery throughout planning, execution, and QA sign-off.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage timelines and resources, and optimize processes for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 yrs project management experience in marketing/tech/agency.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing projects with both creative and technical components.
• Proficient with Jira, Trello, and other PM tools.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to review design files in Figma and provide feedback.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• familiarity with Zoho CRM workflows and integrations.
• Knowledge of web development/design workflows.
• PM certifications (PMP/CAPM) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end marketing project workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including SEO, writers, design, dev, and CRM.
• Develop timelines, milestones, and deliverables; track progress and adjust timelines.
• Allocate resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with CRM team on data workflows and Zoho CRM integration.
• Establish QA protocols with QA Specialist and ensure quality before launch.
• Review design files in Figma and facilitate feedback loops between teams.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
• Provide updates to leadership on project status, risks, and blockers.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
