Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate throughout all levels regularly and effectively within the organization and externally in written, verbal, and presentation formats.

• Prepare concise and accurate written communications.
• Ability to represent the Executive Director in a professional manner to both internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned vendor relationships, including assessments, contract performance evaluations, RFPs, and systems rollouts for Auto Group projects.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions for systems, procedures, or policies that impact the Marketing department.
• Ensure that budget, efficiency, and quality are prioritized in existing and proposed projects.
• Collaborate effectively with internal staff and external members to meet project goals and communicate needs and timelines.
