Job summary

Ted Moore Auto Group seeks a detail-oriented Vendor Management Specialist to oversee vendor relationships across dealership locations in Oklahoma City. You will coordinate corporate services, technology providers, and communications systems to ensure quality service.

The role emphasizes process documentation, SOP development, and collaboration with IT and operations to implement new software and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of vendor management, operations, project coordination, or systems administration.
• Experience with RingCentral or similar cloud-based communication systems.
• Experience documenting business processes and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Automotive dealership or multi-location experience is a plus.
• Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate vendors and service providers.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketing, technology, telecommunications, and operational vendors.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, contract renewals, service requests, and issue resolution.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure SLAs are met.
• Obtain quotes, compare services, and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate vendor implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Manage RingCentral across all dealership locations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve escalated concerns.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and user assignments.
