MiniMed is seeking a Marketing Program Manager, Americas, to lead planning, execution, and delivery of major marketing initiatives and launches. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance and Legal to align priorities and deliver impact for patients.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to influence across a multinational, matrixed organization. Hybrid flexibility supports travel to key markets in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of marketing program management experience.
• Advanced degree with 3+ years of marketing program management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of key marketing initiatives and product launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, Legal.
• Develop market research, identify opportunities, and track campaign results.
