Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Marketing Program Manager, Americas, to lead planning, execution, and delivery of core marketing initiatives and product launches. This highly visible role connects Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and other teams to drive alignment and operational excellence.

You will identify opportunities, manage projects from idea to market, coordinate trade shows, website and ecommerce initiatives, and track campaigns to optimize results for customers and patients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of marketing program management experience.
• Advanced degree with 3+ years of marketing program management experience.
• PMP Certification, exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of key marketing initiatives and product launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and other functions.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and manage projects from idea to market.
• Coordinate trade show activities, website development, ecommerce strategies, and tracking of campaigns.
