Job summary

T-Mobile seeks an attorney with exceptional analytical and communication skills to provide strategic privacy guidance to its Marketing and business teams. You will partner with legal and cross-functional partners to design campaigns that comply with evolving privacy laws, including TCPA and outbound communications.

Qualifications

3+ years of privacy experience in-house, top law firm, or government.
Excellent written and oral communication and executive presence.
Ability to advise on highly complex, high-impact matters and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary privacy counsel to Marketing, guiding campaigns early in design.
Advise on outbound communications and TCPA compliance, including Do Not Contact controls.
Apply evolving privacy laws to campaigns, products, and data uses.
Provide practical, strategic advice with sound judgment in new regulatory areas.
Build trusted cross-functional relationships and partner with outside counsel as needed.
Review legislation for impact with Government Affairs and support process improvements using AI.
