T-Mobile seeks an attorney to provide privacy guidance across its financial products and data initiatives. You will work closely with the legal team and business partners to design practical solutions balancing regulatory obligations with business objectives in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as in-house, top law firm, or government attorney with relevant experience.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited university with outstanding academic credentials.
• Current bar membership (in good standing) in at least one U.S. state.
• Experience with privacy preferred.
• Strong aptitude for learning new technology and navigating complex matters.
• Ability to advise on complex regulatory and privacy issues with executive maturity.

Responsabilités

• Advise on privacy laws, regulations, obligations, and industry standards for financial products and services.
• Counsel on GLBA, FCRA, state privacy laws, and emerging consumer financial data privacy laws.
• Advise on privacy considerations for data uses, AI-enabled products, and wiretap laws.
• Guide privacy impact assessments and analyses of products, services, systems, and processes.
• Develop partnerships to guide business on privacy considerations for strategies and products.
• Drive a compliance program including policies, disclosures, and training.
• Draft and negotiate contractual provisions as needed.
• Provide subject matter expertise to Government Affairs on legislation and regulations.
• Propel cross-department initiatives as assigned.
