Qualifications

  • 3+ years as in-house, top law firm, or government attorney with relevant experience.
  • JD from an ABA-accredited university with outstanding academic credentials.
  • Current bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
  • Experience with privacy preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on privacy laws, regulations, obligations, and industry standards impacting financial products and services.
  • Counsel on GLBA and state privacy laws, FCRA, and emerging privacy laws.
  • Advise on privacy for data-driven products and AI-enabled offerings.
  • Guide privacy impact assessments for products and processes.
  • Develop partnerships to guide privacy considerations for business strategies.
