Job summary

T-Mobile seeks a collaborative Corporate Counsel, Data Governance & Privacy, to provide legal guidance across enterprise data governance and privacy programs. You will work with business partners to craft practical legal solutions and standards while supporting regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with the legal and business teams to implement data stewardship, governance, and lifecycle controls across the organization.

Qualifications

JD with at least three 2–4 years of experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfort engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Provide legal support for enterprise data governance and data stewardship programs.
Advise on data lifecycle management, retention, deletion, and data access governance.
Guide compliance with domestic and international privacy laws and regulations.
Develop policies, training, and playbooks for data governance and records management.
Collaborate with legal and business teams to support governance initiatives and regulatory inquiries.
