Senior Platform Architect, AI-Driven Marketing Journeys

Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a Platform Architect to lead high-priority platform implementations and ongoing support across marketing automation, journey orchestration, CDP, loyalty and offer management platforms.

This role sits within our martech platform team, and will regularly interface with a large cross-functional team of developers, solution architects, marketing strategists and digital marketing specialists to help bring digital customer experiences to life.

Qualifications

• 3+ end-to-end Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations completed.
• 3+ years' hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Experience with data models and journey activation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary platform expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer, advising on architecture, governance, and best practices
• Lead discovery efforts to gather necessary information from clients and internal team members to appropriately understand business needs and solution requirements for digital marketing efforts
• Develop deep knowledge of each client's business and available data to ensure platform solutioning is on par with client's marketing objectives
• Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for platform configuration, data schemas, system integrations and customer journeys to deliver against business needs
• Partner with AEP/CDP Architects and Engineers to implement XDM schemas, plan data ingestion and dataset enablement, transformations, event pipelines, and monitoring, as needed to support journey activation
• Lead platform configuration and development of digital marketing campaigns across channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, etc)
• Manage user roles and permissions in AJO to ensure proper access controls
• Oversee development, testing and deployment of platform work completed by developers
• Create and present Architecture and Technical specifications documents
• Contribute to Bounteous AEP Centers of Excellence, frameworks, accelerators, and reusable delivery assets
