Fenwick & West seeks a Marketing Platform Manager to own the firm's email marketing platform, from building campaigns to ensuring data syncs across systems. The role also designs AI-driven workflows and troubleshoots integrations within the marketing tech stack.

Based in the United States with a hybrid schedule, you will work across office locations and from home as business needs dictate. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of admin experience and strong knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of advanced administrative experience with email marketing platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce integrations.
• Experience building or configuring AI-enabled workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain the email marketing platform, including templates and campaign requests.
• Design forms and automation sequences for email and web campaigns.
• Own segmentation, lead scoring, and A/B testing.
• Maintain data syncs between Salesforce and other connected systems.
• Track KPIs and report trends to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.
