Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, CS.
• 7–10 years in marketing automation or related roles.
• 3–4 years in people leadership managing analytic teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Marketing Automation Analysts; drive accountability.
• Govern marketing tech stack, ensure SLA alignment and compliance.
• Oversee data hygiene, segmentation, routing, and campaign deployment.
• Partner with Sales, IT, Partnerships for platform integrations.
