This role serves as the operational leader for marketing technology initiatives, ensuring automation workflows, routing systems, and platforms run efficiently and compliantly in line with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in marketing automation/operations.
• Minimum 3–4 years of direct people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Extensive experience administering, optimizing, and scaling marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Proven track record managing lead routing and orchestration systems with demonstrated impact on SLA performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Marketing Automation Analysts.
• Govern marketing technology platforms and ensure data hygiene and governance.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to track SLA compliance and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Partnerships, and Marketing stakeholders to align tech solutions with business objectives.
• Onboard and implement new marketing technology solutions with cross-functional teams.
