Job summary

Vercel, the platform behind Next.js, is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the martech stack and data workflows. You’ll automate campaigns, manage lifecycle programs, and ensure clean data to power the fastest GTM motions.

Located US-based with remote flexibility or hybrid in San Francisco or Austin, you’ll collaborate with RevOps and Growth Marketing, using AI-native tools like v0 and Claude Code to accelerate automation and insights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with martech stack and data integration.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, Marketo).
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Familiarity with data hygiene and governance across marketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer core martech stack and integrations to keep data flowing.
• Build and launch marketing campaigns and email programs with measurable results.
• Design lifecycle, nurture, and automation flows for leads.
• Own data hygiene and governance across marketing systems.
• Use AI-native tools to build internal automations and prototype solutions.
• Collaborate with RevOps and GTM Analytics on lead flow and reporting.
• Work with integration and data-routing tools to connect systems.
