• Strong budgeting and financial tracking skills with real-time reporting.
• Experience blending operations, finance/budgeting, and EA duties.
• Confident communicator with internal stakeholders, translating needs into actions.
• Proactive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Own and track US marketing budget and ledger, with real-time spend visibility.
• Process invoices, manage vendor contracts, ensure accurate marketing purchases.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliance.
• Provide executive assistant support to marketing leadership, streamlining schedules and tasks.
• Continuously maintain and improve marketing operations processes.
