You’ll own demand gen, marketing tech, and customer journey optimization, using analytics to drive measurable improvements across campaigns, websites, and attribution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, digital marketing, marketing analytics, or a related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of marketing technology, CRM platforms, marketing automation, analytics, attribution, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns that generate qualified demand and drive revenue.
• Manage marketing platforms, CRM integrations, automation, workflows, and data governance, including AI.
• Build segmentation, nurturing, email, SMS, lead scoring, and lifecycle strategies.
• Improve SEO, landing pages, lead capture, and conversion via data-driven experiments.
• Build reporting and analysis to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
