The Law Office of Bryan Fagan PLLC seeks a Marketing Operations Specialist to bridge digital strategy, campaigns, and website optimization. You will manage WordPress sites, HubSpot workflows, and analytics across multiple office locations and practice areas.

Responsibilities include campaign management, SEO enhancements, data‑driven reporting, and marketing automation to drive lead generation and client acquisition in a fast‑paced legal marketing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or similar field.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with performance campaigns, SEO or automation.
Experience with WordPress/Elementor, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and basic HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook ad funnels with tracking and testing.
Create landing pages and gated assets tied to blog CTAs and email opt‑ins.
Maintain and optimize multi-site WordPress/SEO, and manage Cloudflare integration.
Own HubSpot and Zapier workflows, track attribution, and analyze performance.
Support webinar campaigns and CRM segmentation with cross‑team collaboration.
