Job summary

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan PLLC is seeking a Marketing Specialist - SEO to join the Marketing team in Houston/Corporate. You will bridge digital strategy, campaign execution, and website optimization, balancing analytics with creative execution.

You will manage SEO-focused website optimization, WordPress/Elementor improvements, HubSpot workflows, and multi-location campaigns, measuring performance with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, focusing on performance campaigns, SEO, or automation.
Experience with WordPress and Elementor, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Lead Generation: Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook ad funnels with pixel tracking, testing, and conversion workflows.
Website & SEO Management: Maintain and optimize multi-domain sites, collaborate with developers on WordPress enhancements, site speed, and SEO structure.
Marketing Automation & Reporting: Own HubSpot and Zapier workflows, manage tracking infrastructure (Facebook Pixel, UTM, GA4), and analyze performance across analytics tools.
