Job summary

The Law Office of Bryan Fagan in Houston is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to run the day-to-day publishing and content engine for our marketing team. You will lead social media posts, newsletters, Google Business Profile updates for 18 offices, and design materials using Canva, with occasional travel to other Texas offices.

This onsite role requires a detail-oriented self-starter who can manage a calendar, produce analytics, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of social media, content, or digital marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or similar field is required.
• Hands-on experience with a social media scheduling platform.
• Experience building email campaigns in HubSpot, Mailchimp, or a similar platform.
• Strong Canva skills; Photoshop or Lightroom experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Google Business Profile.
• Comfort pulling platform analytics and explaining what they mean.
• Clean, error-free writing and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish daily content on all social channels using a scheduling platform.
• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs on your platforms.
• Research, build, and send four company newsletters in HubSpot.
• Manage Google Business Profile posts for all 18 office locations, with content localized to each community.
• Design flyers, event materials, brochures, calendars, hiring graphics, and department requests using Canva Teams templates; Adobe available.
• Support onboarding by writing attorney and staff bios, editing headshots, updating directory pages, and ordering business cards.
• Photograph new hires at our Houston office and travel to other locations for headshots.
• Keep hiring content current on our website and social channels.
• Own analytics reporting across all platforms and present insights and recommendations.
• Produce annual marketing assets, including branded print and digital materials and cost pamphlets built from internal data.
• Support campaigns, giveaways, and webinars with graphics, posts, and scheduling.
• Cross-train on video filming to cover for your video counterpart during PTO.
