Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Early-career experience or internship exposure in Marketing, business operations or a related area.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and willingness to learn new systems.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building a career in Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day marketing operations, including budgets, purchase orders, invoices and billing.
• Coordinate marketing activities, timelines and materials across internal teams, agencies and external partners.
• Help organize and maintain marketing assets, trackers, calendars and documentation.
• Support royalty and licensing activities, including reporting, reconciliation and documentation.
• Provide hands-on support for marketing initiatives, including campaign logistics, influencer materials and other executional needs.
• Collaborate across Marketing and other teams to keep projects organized and moving forward.
