Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and producers to set up and maintain producer data in CRM.
• Deliver outstanding customer service across channels and meet KPIs.
• Provide professional assistance to producers and clients, addressing inquiries and needs.
• Maintain open communication across divisions and producers to support shared goals.
• Manage workload and contribute to team priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage high data volumes and phone support with accuracy and efficiency.
• Own projects, develop procedures, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Share insights in team meetings and track progress against KPIs.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support team and organizational objectives.
