Qualifications

• Organized and detail-oriented, able to work under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain producer information in Arrowhead's CRM, ensuring data integrity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service across all channels, meeting KPIs for response time and satisfaction.
• Provide professional assistance to producers and clients, addressing inquiries and delivering solutions.
• Maintain relationships between divisions and producers with open communication and timely follow-up.
• Work independently while contributing to team priorities and deadlines.
• Participate in training procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage a high volume of data and phone support with focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Own projects, develop procedures, and adapt to changing priorities with a solutions-driven mindset.
