We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist who’s excited about building systems, solving complex problems, and helping scale our go-to-market engine. This role is at the heart of how we connect tools, automate processes, and make data accessible across the organization.
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Growth and RevOps teams to operationalize campaigns, manage integrations, and optimize our tech stack for speed and reliability. Whether you’re building no-code workflows, wiring up new tools, or writing lightweight scripts, your work will directly power how we acquire, engage, and retain customers.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need strong technical instincts, a builder’s mindset, and a passion for operational excellence. You’ll be the go-to person for making things “just work”—but in a way that scales and lasts. Today over 7,500 internet businesses use Customer.io to manage, send, and track the performance of emails, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages. Unlike typical marketing platforms, Customer.io helps businesses increase relevance by using behavioral data: what people do or don’t do when logged in to a web or mobile app.
Customer.io is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. We are offering a starting salary of $110,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
