As a key member of the Corporate Development Operations team, the Sr Partner Operations Specialist plays a vital role in enabling strategic growth through operational excellence. This role focuses on driving efficiencies in partner operations, supporting strategic initiatives, and creating repeatable processes that scale with the business. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, solve complex operational challenges, and help bring structure to dynamic, multi-vendor environments.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct operational assessments and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability across partner and internal workflows.
- Assist in the management and optimization of the Partner Program, enhancing partner engagement, tracking key metrics, and supporting continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Confluence spaces, including the creation and maintenance of standardized operating procedures (SOPs) that promote team knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
- Analyze, document, and recommend improvements to the end-to-end partner journey, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency, consistency, and partner satisfaction.
- Design and maintain dashboards and data visualizations that provide actionable insights into partner operations, project performance, and cross-functional KPIs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, and other departments to proactively identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions.
- Stay up to date with fintech, SaaS, and banking trends to ensure operations stay aligned with industry best practices and evolving partner expectations.
- Ensure quality and timely deliverables through rigorous attention to detail and accountability.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in operational, partner management, or project management roles.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or vendor/partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of project management tools, with a focus on JIRA and experience managing work through monthly JIRA sprints.
- Familiarity with financial services or banking products and terminology.
- Working knowledge of change management processes and how they apply across cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data visualization/reporting tools.

The salary range for this position is: $93,107 - $139,661
