The Role

We’re hiring a contract Operational Specialist to come in and optimize, automate, and accelerate our internal systems. Your mission is to reduce creator time to launch by streamlining operations, removing bottlenecks, and building bridges between our Account Management and Specialist (Copy, Funnel, Ads) teams.

This is a high-impact, builder role—you’ll work directly with the leadership team and play a key part in scaling our backend engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and streamline operational workflows across creator onboarding, funnel buildout, and launch timelines
• Identify friction points and build cross-functional workflows that align AMs and Specialists
• Design and implement automations and systems using tools like Notion, ClickUp, Make, n8n, and Slack
• Create dynamic templates, SOPs, and dashboards to drive clarity and speed
• Work closely with leadership to design systems that are scalable and repeatable
• Be proactive in recommending improvements—we want your operator brain, not just your hands
