Super Radiator Coils is hiring in Richmond, VA for a marketing role focused on inbound sales, SEO, and digital marketing. The position requires a 4-year degree related to marketing and at least 1 year of CRM experience, preferably with HubSpot, plus strong analytics skills and the ability to tailor campaigns for specific audiences.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in marketing within industrial or manufacturing settings and can commute to the North Chesterfield office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, or similar.
• CRM experience (at least 1 year) – HubSpot (ideal) or similar.
• Marketing analytics experience with programs such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Ideally 2-3 years’ professional experience in marketing role or marketing experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Demonstrated ability to tailor marketing operations and deliverables for target audiences.
• Social media experience – drafting posts in the company’s tone, image/media best practices.

Responsabilités

• Manage all new inbound sales inquiries, evaluating quality and relevance; assign leads to internal teams.
• Lead SRC's SEO/AEO strategy and update on-page and technical SEO/AEO for different audiences and markets.
• Manage digital marketing vendor relationships (paid media) and report on funnel progress of marketing leads.
• Periodically audit the SRC website for performance trends and optimize as needed.
• Support the Marketing & CX Manager and Advertising/Admin on trade show planning, logistics, and content.

• Demonstrated ability to tailor marketing operations and deliverables for target audiences.
• Social media experience – drafting posts in the company’s tone, image/media best practices, etc.
• Must be able to commute to office in North Chesterfield.

Responsibilities

• Manage all new inbound sales inquiries, evaluating their quality, relevant industry/market, etc. and ensuring that all leads are assigned to the appropriate internal team.
• Lead SRC's SEO/AEO strategy and execute on that strategy, updating on-page and technical SEO/AEO for different audiences, markets, etc.
• Manage digital marketing vendor relationship (primarily paid media), attending monthly check-ins and periodically reporting on funnel progress of marketing attributable leads.
• Periodically audit the SRC website for performance trends, and optimizing as needed.
• Support the Marketing & CX Manager and Advertising and Publication Admin on trade show planning, logistics, and content.
