Responsibilities

• Maintain department records and files and generate correspondence and requested reports.
• Develop monthly marketing calendar and flyers.
• Assist with monthly marketing financials.
• Maintain marketing boards, napkin dispensers and posters on the casino floor.
• Provide support to all areas of marketing as needed.
• Maintain inventory of department office supplies and requisition items weekly.
• Respond to mail and inquiries; take messages and resolve information requests.
• Ensure attendance guidelines and compliance with policies.
• Assist in other duties and projects as assigned.
