Job summary

Downstream Casino Resort in Oklahoma is seeking a detail-oriented marketing support professional to help maintain confidentiality, manage administrative records, and assist with marketing activities on the casino floor.

Responsibilities include creating calendars and flyers, supporting monthly financials, and coordinating communications with staff and patrons in a friendly, professional manner.

• Ensure attendance guidelines and compliance with policies.
• Assist in other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Shall be responsible to maintain absolute confidentiality and integrity with all written and oral information regarding tribal and casino operations, management, and staff.
• Maintain department and administrative records and files and generate correspondence and requested reports.
• Develop monthly marketing calendar and flyers.
• Assists with monthly marketing financials.
• Maintains marketing boards, napkin dispensers and posters on the casino floor.
• Provides support to all areas of marketing as needed.
• Maintain inventory of department office supplies and requisition items on a weekly basis or when needed.
• Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Maintain a professional work environmental with supervisors and staff.
• Answer appropriate telephones and take detailed and accurate messages and take initiative to solve problems or provide requested information.
• Receive, open, and distribute incoming mail as directed. Research information to answer or respond to mail and/or correspondence.
• Schedule meetings when directed and ensures all participants are notified, equipment requirements identified and scheduled, and other amenities furnished as required.
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Assist in other duties and projects as assigned.
