Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking a friendly Players Club representative to deliver outstanding guest service on the casino floor. You will greet guests, explain promotions, sign members up for loyalty programs, and maintain accurate guest contact details.

The role requires punctuality, the ability to communicate clearly about gaming offerings, and a commitment to upholding policies and uniform standards. This is an on-site position reporting to the Players Club Supervisor Team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and/or guest service experience.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Must pass background check and drug screening; must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of guest service on the gaming floor.
• Be punctual and ready at the start of shifts.
• Know gaming systems to inform guests accurately.
• Upsell a casino item and promote Unity benefits.
• Sign guests up for a loyalty card and capture contact details.
• Support promotions and events; follow handbook and uniform policies.
• Report to the Players Club Supervisor Team.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Players Club Representatives are responsible for providing the highest level of guest service and ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed, and all guidelines/rules issued by the OCCC are executed.

Essential Functions

• Be responsible for executing the highest level of guest service at Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati
• Be on-time and at your workstation at the start of your shift
• Know and understand all gaming systems so you can communicate appropriate and correct information to guests
• Obtain 100% on Secret Shops by:
• Speaking first, greeting the guest with a positive comment, and sharing their name with the guest
• Asking how they may assist
• Utilizing the guest’s name
• Assisting the guest and assuring that their needs have been met and exceeded
• Upselling an item of the casino
• Sending the guest to their next destination with a positive parting comment
• Representatives are expected to capture phone numbers and email address of guests
• Work the gaming floor when requested
• Telling guests about Unity benefits
• Helping sign guests up for a card
• Helping to increase rated play
• Assist with promotions and events
• Follow the handbook policies including uniform standards
• Approach peers and leaders with a respectful tone
• Know and understand all promotions so you can effectively communicate them to guests
• Able to stand at the Players Club and be approachable, friendly, and outgoing to ensure guests have the best experience at Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati
• This position reports to the Players Club Supervisor Team
• Other duties as assigned

Education And /Or Experience Requirements

High school diploma and/or guest service experience.

• Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations
• Must successfully pass background check
• Must successfully pass drug screening
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age
