Job summary

Cooler Master is seeking a Marketing Operations & PJM professional for CMNA in North America. You will design cross-functional process flows, coordinate campaigns, and support leadership with tracking and reporting.

You will build templates, trackers, and frameworks, and ensure timely delivery across PR, product, digital, channel, and community teams. This role emphasizes operational excellence within a fast-growing hardware/consumer electronics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications.
• 2-3 years of project management, operations, or marketing coordination in consumer tech.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Monday, JIRA, Trello) and Excel/Sheets.
• Experience in process design, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and own cross-functional marketing process flows.
• Provide operational support for CMNA Marketing Head's agendas and briefs.
• Build templates, trackers, and launch checklists.
• Coordinate meeting logistics and track action items.
• Aggregate status reports and KPIs for leadership.
• Collaborate with regional/global operations to harmonize practices.
