Kids for the Future is seeking a Marketing Operations Administrator to drive project coordination across the Malco Store and campaigns. You will manage inventory, PIM/DAM assets, vendor relations, and help ensure timely product launches and events.

Responsibilities include entering tasks in the PM system, processing POs, coordinating printing, and delivering reports and insights to marketing and sales teams. Collaboration, process improvement, and data accuracy are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: associate or bachelor’s in business, marketing, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Enter new tasks with complete details after manager review and assign to team members.
• Oversee day-to-day requests of the internal project management system and Malco Store operations.
• Submit and coordinate purchase orders, quotes, and vendor/3PL coordination for printing and fulfillment.
• Monitor Malco Store inventory and advise on reorders; report orders and usage with insights.
• Assist with 3PL invoicing, pricing, and basic reporting on inventory and fulfillment.
