Job summary

Cooler Master USA is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our NPI & Project Enablement organization. You will oversee data center and liquid cooling programs across prototype to deployment, coordinating with customers, global teams, and FAEs to ensure successful execution.

You will drive project schedules, manage milestones, and lead cross-functional teams through planning, deployment, and service enablement while traveling as needed to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in program management, project management, technical operations, product development, or a related customer-facing hardware role.
• Experience in electronics, data center, networking, industrial equipment, or a related technology industry.
• Experience coordinating external vendors, contractors, or third-party service providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage schedules and escalate issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer programs and projects from initial planning through deployment, operational readiness, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across customers, sales, engineering, supply chain, and global teams.
• Lead internal and customer-facing meetings, drive action-item closure, and escalate critical risks.
• Travel to customer sites as required for deployment coordination, validation, and issue resolution.
