Job summary

HR On Demand is partnering with a global manufacturer of PC hardware and cooling technology to find a Product Marketing Manager. You will own GTM strategy and messaging for premium, engineered products targeted at enthusiasts and enterprise customers, translating complex specs into compelling narratives.

The role spans product launches, cross-functional collaboration, and market insight across global markets, with travel about 15% and onsite work in the LA/City of Industry area.

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or related discipline with GTM for physical/tech products.
• Proven track record of leading product launches in PC hardware, consumer electronics or performance-driven categories.
• Ability to translate technical specs into clear, differentiated marketing narratives.
• Experience developing positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for consumer and B2B audiences.
• Comfort working with Engineering and Product to understand technical detail for credible marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market strategy and positioning for launches across cooling, cases, power supplies, peripherals, and enterprise/AI cooling.
• Lead cross-functional launch execution and enablement across Product, Creative, PR, Sales, and Channel.
• Drive go-to-market for enterprise/AI data center cooling to IT buyers and integrators.
• Maintain authentic marketing to PC-builder communities while supporting premium repositioning.
• Track competitive and market trends across enthusiast and enterprise cooling segments.
• Build sales and channel enablement materials for retail, distribution, and enterprise partners.
