You will manage CRM and lifecycle programs, email and direct mail, lead-management processes, reporting, and cross-functional execution to drive booked jobs and revenue.

Competenze

• 5+ years of marketing operations, CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or related experience.
• Experience with customer journeys, segmentation, email marketing, retention, or lead conversion.
• Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
• Experience in home services, franchise, retail, multi-location, or lead-driven businesses is a plus.

Salary: $80,000-$90,000/YR

Trades Holding Company is seeking a Marketing Operations & Lifecycle Manager to improve lead conversion, customer retention, and operational alignment across marketing, customer care, and operations.

This role will manage CRM and lifecycle marketing programs, email and direct mail, lead-management processes, reporting, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, data-driven operator who can connect marketing programs to booked jobs, repeat customers, and measurable revenue outcomes.
