Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
• Minimum 5 years leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Experience overseeing integrated marketing functions and agency relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of the marketing organization.
• Translate strategic initiatives into detailed project plans with ownership, priorities, milestones, and deadlines.
• Identify and remove obstacles to maintain timely delivery.
• Establish a culture of accountability, urgency, and operational excellence.
• Provide leadership for Creative Services, Graphic Design, Video Production, Copywriting, Digital Marketing.
• Partner with Product, IT, Compliance, Sales, Operations, Communications, and Exec leadership.
• Own Marketing Operations: weekly planning, project prioritization, and process improvements.
• Champion AI and innovation to improve efficiency and execution.
