Delinea seeks a Sr. Director of Marketing Operations to lead the top-of-funnel engine, turning demand into measurable pipeline and revenue. You will own the funnel systems, lead-to-opportunity processes, forecasting, and executive reporting, while guiding a near-shore data quality team.

The role requires 10+ years in marketing operations or RevOps, with hands-on experience in Marketo, Salesforce, and AI-enhanced workflows. Stellar strategic leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Marketing Operations or RevOps.
• Proven track record owning top-of-funnel strategy and performance at scale.
• Deep experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Experience leading distributed or near-shore data teams and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel strategy and operating plan with clear goals, owners, and metrics by channel and region.
• Design and optimize the end-to-end lead-to-opportunity process with clean handoffs between marketing and sales.
• Define MQL/SQL definitions, scoring models, and SLAs for lead flow and speed-to-lead.
• Lead forecasting, dashboarding, and board-level reporting on funnel performance.
• Manage funnel vendors and a near-shore data quality team, setting standards for data governance.
