Job summary

Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a Marketing Operations Manager – Adobe Workfront to join our marketing team at the Fort Washington, PA office. You will optimize Workfront usage, automate workflows, and align marketing tech stacks to boost efficiency and customer experience.

The role requires strong Workfront expertise, API/integration experience, and a passion for process improvement, analytics, and user enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years administering Adobe Workfront.
• Experience building Workfront Fusion automations.
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow design.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering user training and supporting enterprise software users.

Responsibilities

• Workfront Administration & Governance: primary administrator for Adobe Workfront, governance standards, security, releases, and platform health.
• Platform Configuration & Automation: configure Workfront, build Fusion automations, improve efficiency via workflow automation.
• System Support & Integrations: troubleshoot issues, support integrations, collaborate with Web Development and vendors.
• User Enablement: provide onboarding, training, documentation, office hours, and best practice guidance.
• Process Improvement: evaluate processes, implement enhancements, document workflows.
• Reporting & Analytics: develop reports and dashboards to show platform adoption and governance.
• Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: test configurations/releases, evaluate capabilities, propose enhancements.
