Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate Manager to lead business-side support for core marketing tools, including Workfront, within the Marketing and Ads Organizations. You will translate business needs into technical requirements and help optimize platform administration and training.

This hybrid role requires on-site work Monday–Thursday at the Richfield, Minnesota office, with Fridays optional remote.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Enablement, Project Management, or related roles.
3+ years working in content management systems/tools or related disciplines.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including creating documentation, training materials, and process guides.
Proven ability to troubleshoot user issues and provide operational support and governance.

Responsibilities

Partner collaboratively with tool users and technical partners, translating requirements into platform enhancements.
Assist with user support activities and governance, including questions and testing.
Identify and implement process improvements to drive scalability and operational excellence.
Build and communicate user support trends, reporting and dashboards.
Translate updates for user communications, assess change impacts, and support rollout of tools.
Provide training support, including demos and facilitation.
Facilitate conversations with cross-functional partners to support run-the-business activities.
