Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate Manager to support Workfront and related marketing tools from the corporate office in Richfield, MN. Hybrid work allows on-site Monday-Thursday with remote Fridays.

You will translate business needs to tech teams, drive operational excellence, and provide user support and governance throughout campaigns. The role focuses on platform administration, troubleshooting, and documenting scalable processes while collaborating with cross-functional

Qualifications

5+ years in Marketing Operations, Enablement, Project Management, or related roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including documentation and training materials.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Partner with tool users and tech partners to translate operational requirements into enhancements.
Assist with user support, governance, testing, and change management.
Identify and implement processes to drive scalability and efficiency.
Build and communicate user support trends, reporting and dashboards.
Translate updates for user communications and support rollout of tech.
Provide training demos and facilitation.
