Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Holdings in Charleston is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing department across the Beemok Hospitality Collection. You will serve as the operational hub, manage workflows, prepare monthly reports, and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet deadlines.

You will collaborate with marketing leadership, handle digital platforms, assist with reporting and calendars, and maintain organized records to ensure efficient processes across all properties.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Experience with project management platforms and reporting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly marketing meetings and capture action items, decisions and next steps.
• Maintain Monday.com workspace with up-to-date projects, timelines, owners and deliverables.
• Create, assign and monitor tasks; follow up to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate monthly marketing reports and executive presentations.
• Support budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional communications across properties.
• Monitor marketing inquiries and route to appropriate team members; assist with planning calendars.
