Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Collection is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to streamline the marketing department’s daily workflow across the portfolio. This role will act as the hub for project management, reporting, and process optimization, ensuring deadlines are met and communications are precise.

You will work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain calendars, dashboards, and critical platforms while supporting high-impact marketing initiatives across BHC

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, hospitality, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency with standard office software and collaborative platforms.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly marketing meetings, capture action items, decisions, and next steps.
• Maintain the Monday.com workspace with current timelines, owners, and deliverables.
• Create, assign, and monitor project tasks and follow up to meet deadlines.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and executive presentations.
• Collect and report marketing KPIs including website analytics and social metrics.
• Support budgeting and expense reporting using standard tools.
