First Command Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the Military Affairs team.

The role provides administrative, logistical, and operational support for programs, events, and partnerships that strengthen relationships within the military community. The position involves managing calendars, travel, and end-to-end event logistics, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and developing standardized processes to enable scalable program support.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in administrative, operational, or program coordination roles in a professional environment.
• Minimum 3+ years supporting senior leaders or executives, preferably with complex scheduling, travel coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prior experience supporting events, conferences, or multi-stakeholder programs.

Responsabilidades

• Admin and operational support to the Military Affairs team.
• Manage complex calendars, travel logistics for staff and leaders.
• Coordinate travel, lodging, and end-to-end logistics for events and conferences.
• Support event delivery, on-site logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Develop standardized processes, tools, and documentation.
• Process invoices, corporate cards, reimbursements, and budgets.
• Collaborate with Marketing Data team on post-engagement data collection and reporting.
• Prepare After-Action Reports and leadership reporting.
