First Command is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the Military Affairs team in executing programs, events, and partnerships that strengthen relationships with the military community. Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Military Affairs team.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel logistics.
• Lead travel, lodging, and logistics for events and stakeholder engagements.
• Coordinate event delivery with internal teams and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain standardized processes and documentation.
• Process invoices, corporate card expenditures, reimbursements, and budget activity.
• Support collection and maintenance of post-engagement data.
• Coordinate post-event reports and leadership reporting.
• Support partnership activities and briefing materials.
