The role collaborates across Marketing Operations and Field Enablement, ensuring efficient execution, accurate reporting, and a high-quality experience for campaigns and partnerships within priority markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in administrative/operational roles.
• 3+ years supporting senior leaders with travel and scheduling.
• Experience supporting events, conferences, or multi-stakeholder programs preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel and end-to-end logistics for Military Affairs events.
• Manage calendars, scheduling priorities, and policy alignment.
• Support post-event reporting, data collection, and AARs.
• Coordinate with vendors for on-site event delivery.
• Develop standardized processes and documentation.
• Process invoices, corporate card expenditures, and reimbursements.
• Prepare briefing materials and stakeholder coordination for engagements.
